The Process

Order your roof.

Roof sheeting is ordered in case of a sheeted roof.

Next payment required.

After completion of the timber structure the Roof Inspector visits the site to inspect and confirm that the structure is installed according to regulations.

Once above mentioned is done and the roof cover have arrived on site, we book our roof cover team for installation.

Roof Source books your roof for manufacturing.

The design team completes the final roof design and then your roof goes into the factory to be fabricated.

Trusses are delivered to site.

Carpenter team is booked for erecting the roof trusses and roof tiles are ordered in case of a tiled roof.

The builders must be instructed to build the beam filling and plaster the house (plastering is suggested for areas where ground floor roofs meet the 1st floor wall as well as around chimney’s in order to prevent roof tile damage afterwards).

Certificate hand over.
